The Ministry of Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Reintegration, and Humanitarian Services was created under the leadership of His Excellency, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri to coordinate the Adamawa State Government’s response to humanitarian crises, support victims of conflict, and drive recovery and long-term peacebuilding in affected communities.
