Barr. Bello Hamman Diram - Honourable Commissioner
The Honourable Commissioner oversees all strategic operations of the Ministry and is responsible for setting the vision and guiding the implementation of projects. With extensive experience in governance, development, and humanitarian services, the Commissioner leads with a focus on rebuilding critical infrastructure, fostering sustainable development, and ensuring the reintegration of displaced persons.
